退換貨服


A- 如商品有瑕疵,運輸過程造成貨品破損、貨品品項錯誤,請於收到後維持商品原狀、拍照留存,立即與客服聯繫,以便安排後續退換貨處理,并告知訂購大名、訂單號碼、以及產品狀況,我們將立即為您處理,在此我們先向您致上深深的歉意!

B - 退換貨服務:冷凍及冷藏食品、生鮮商品、短效期消耗性食物等,除商品本身有瑕疵或冷凍、冷藏商品於運送過程失溫導致變質外,將不另提供退換貨服務。

※依據「通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則」生鮮食品不適用於消費者保護法第19條,並不享有7天鑑賞期(非試用)

Return and Exchange Policy

A- If the product is defective, damaged during transportation, or has been shipped with incorrect items, please keep the product in its original condition after receiving it, take photos and keep them, contact customer service immediately to arrange subsequent returns and exchanges, and inform us of the name of the ordering member (as entered on the membership or order form), as well as the order number. We will deal with your enquiry within 24hours.
B - Return and exchange service: For our refrigerated kombucha, unless the product itself is defective or the refrigerated kombucha has deteriorated due to loss of temperature during transportation, no return or exchange service will be provided.

According to the "Applicable Guidelines for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Terminate Communications Transactions", fresh food is not applicable to Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act and does not enjoy the 7-day appreciation period (non-trial)
